    Долгосрочный прогноз предложения рабочей силы в Республике Молдова

    The results of forecasting the supply of labour until 2035 have been presented in article. The forecast is based on a demographic forecast based on the number of people who exclude migrants who have been absent in the country for more than 12 months. The forecast showed an active decrease in the size of labour force, a “contraction” of labour market will have an impact on labour market functioning. The reduction in the size of labour force will be accompanied by a change in the age structure of labour force, an increase in the number of older age groups in labour market. It is necessary to address the issue of improving the competitiveness of these age groups in labour market and their protection in case of transition to the status of unemployed.

    Влияние уровня образования занятого населения на динамику ВВП

    The results of the study of the relationship between labour market and economic growth in the Republic of Moldova based on the assessment of the relationship between the employed population dynamics and the GDP change have been presented in article. The main factors influencing GDP both in the current and in the long term are determined. The multifactorial regression model is constructed that allows to estimate the quantitative effect of changes in the employed population structure according of education level on the GDP value in the process of research.

    Основные тенденции изменения численности возрастной структуры занятого населения

    The socio-demographic structure of employed population was considered in this article. The study was conducted according to data of Labour Force Survey of NationalBureau of Statistics. As a result of the realized analysis the following conclusions have been obtained: increase in the number of working-age population with a decrease of employed population has led to an increase in the number of inactive population, changes in sociodemographic structure the employed population conditioned the reducing the inflow of young people into the labour market, reducing the employment rate in rural, increase in the number of employed people in the age group 55-64 years (as one of the factors increasing the total employed population in 2013-2015.). As a recommendation in conditions of ageing populations and changes in the age structure of labour force in favor of older age groups, it was suggested: improvement of employment policy at the expense of promotion flexible forms of employment, improvement of skills, implementationof new competences.

    Features of modern labour market in the Republic of Moldova

    The main aim of this article is to consider the problems of development of the labour market in the Republic of Moldova. Labour market analysis, carried out by zones and districts of the republic, enables to evaluate the processes of change in the labour market in the temporal and territorial aspects. There are the description of RM’s districts ranging in the frameworks of evaluation of the republic – labour market on the basis of Territorial Integral Index of Demographic Security (TIIDS). Using this mechanism, the calculation of Territorial Integral Index of Demographic Security (TIIDS) on the basis of statistical data allows to evaluate the situation on the labour market of each district, to compare it with other districts and to make recommendations for the practical work of local public authorities to eliminate of deformities on the labour market.

    Оценка напряженности рынка труда в мун. Кишинэу

    В данной статье представлены результаты исследования уровня занятости населения трудоспособного возраста в муниципии Кишинэу. Оценивается возможная занятость в зависимости от наличия рабочих мест на разных этапах экономического развития (кризис, рецессия, восстановление экономики). Исследование основано на построении кривой Бевериджа и анализе вторичных показателей, рассчитанных авторами. В результате исследования выявляется ряд проблем в области использования труда и развития местного рынка труда. Сложная ситуация на рынке труда является следствием несоответствия трудовых отношений рыночному механизму–низкий уровень оплаты труда, высокая мобильность рабочей силы и несовершенства законодательной и нормативной базы. Однако количество безработных и коэффициент стресса на рынке труда в Кишиневе ниже средних значений по республике. Анализ безработицы на основе кривой Бевериджа выявил наличие структурных изменений. Это является следствием инерционной модели экономического развития страны, ориентированной на потребление. На основании полученных результатов разработаны предложения по улучшению ситуации на рынке труда. Подчеркивается необходимость проведения более глубоких исследований для создания и развития конкурентного внутреннего рынка труда.

    Regional aspect of labour market: the case of Moldova

    The problem of population economic activity in the Republic of Moldova is actual in the conditions of population decline, population ageing and labour migration processes. The economic activity rate of work age population decreased by 2.1 percentage points(p.p.), and the employment rate, respectively, by 2.0 p.p., while the number of employed population decreased by 43.5 thousand people. At the same time, it should be noted that the share of employed population in economically active has practically not changed and amountsto 96%, that is, the average unemployment rate for this period varied between 4-5%.However, if we analyze the involvement of work age population in the regional aspect, then there are differences in these indicators, which is associated with the possibility of being employed, the existing socio-economic infrastructure, age-sex structure of population and other factors. Therefore, the evaluation of demo-socio-economic processes impact on labour market formation has of scientific and practical importance for determining the main strategic directions of stable long-term development of the country, which determines the actuality of topic.The purpose of research is to analyze the regional characteristics of labour market in conditions of changes in age-sex structure of labour market, the motives for the presence of non-working population that is not involved in labour market for any reason, including the youth of NEET, employment in urban-rural aspect, including the tendencies in labour market changes mun. Chisinau in regional aspect (mun. Chisinau, Center, South, North).Such methods as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, grouping, and a systematic approach will be used in the process of research. As a result of research, recommendations have been made to improve the efficiency of employment policies of work age population, which can be used by public officials, as well as students, doctoral students, and scientific researchers.

    Impactul îmbătrînirii asupra forței de muncă

    The aim of this article is to examine the impact of population ageing on the labour market change. The author analyzes the labour market indicators on the basis of the aims and objectives of the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. Considered indicators will be included in the labour market monitoring of implementation of the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing in the Republic of Moldova.

    Unele transformări ale sistemului de pensionare în contextul îmbătrinirii în Republica Moldova

    The process of population ageing which started from 1990-years has an irreversible nature at present. Given process is a direct threat to the demography security and stable social-economic development of the country along with the reduction of population number of the country and, particularly, employed population. The growth of pensioners number and the decrease of employed population, low retirement age in the conditions of growth of population’s life expectancy and further increase of elderly population’s numbers (according to forecasts) lower a financial stability of pension system. The evaluation of impact of demography ageing to pension system including the forecast of expenditure on pensions is performed.

    Îmbătrânirea populaţiei, ca un proces natural, face o schimbare în structura pe vârste a populaţiei. Îmbătrânirea populaţiei este liniştită complicată şi se modifică în conformitate cu dezvoltarea societăţii umane. Procesul de îmbătrânire este studiat de diferite științe, inclusiv demografie, medicină, economie, sociologie, geografie, ecologie, genetica și altele. Necesitatea de aplicare a abordărilor metodologice specifice şi principii este importantă pentru evaluarea impactului de interrelații. Acest articol propune abordări complexe şi sistemice, ca fiind cele mai acceptabile pentru evaluarea impactului îmbătrânirii populaţiei asupra dezvoltării sociale şi economice a ţării, precum şi a principiilor utilizate în acest caz.
