Abstract

The paper presents the 12 negotiation techniques that will allow the manager to achieve the expected results. Negotiation techniques are methods that lead to a good result, for both sides. Never the less, one technique only, by itself, can not ensure the expected result. So, the paper presents how to cumulate two or more techniques in order to achieve the better result. It is being proposed a decisional instrument that will grow the efficiency of commercial negotiation strategy.
