    Evaluarea cadrului legislativ pentru dezvoltarea serviciilor sociale şi medicale a persoanelor vârstnice din Republica Moldova

    The article was reviewed under the existing law on social protection and health care for the elderly in the EU and Moldova.Particular attention was paid to the EU legislative framework to bring it in line with EU legislation RM in the field. Identified problems in this field: a lack of normative acts at the level of law, specifically targeting social assistance and care given to the elderly; no private medical institution has stipulated in its offer geriatric health care. Were outlined concrete steps necessary social and medical assistance to the elderly. Were developed conclusions and proposals for modernizing national legislation on social services and care provided to the elderly and adjust the values set in the European area.
