But if we place the question from other point of view and move to the less developed states who don’t have sources of funding but need even more that highly developed states to promote on the international market? In this case in a country with a less advanced economy appear a chain of problems that don’t allow them to keep up with the above mentioned countries.Item Perfecționarea managementului serviciului vamal(INCE, 2023) Gutium, MirceaIn the period of globalization and internationalization of economic relations, customs services are actively developed, in which regulation of a specific part of the customs service moves to the international level. The quality of services the customs authorities provide influences the time needed to complete customs formalities and reduces the financial risks and costs of all participants involved in foreign economic activity. The increasing foreign trade turnover requires improving the movement and processing mechanisms of goods and services across the customs border, necessitating the active implementation of new management practices. The effect of risk management on the effectiveness of international traders and customs administrations is analyzed, as well as ways to improve them.
