Item Abordări teoretice ale clasificării ramurii zootehnice și indicatorilor analizei economice(INCE, 2022) Baltag, Grigore; Baranov, ElenaZootehnia reprezintă una din ramurile Agriculturii naționale, producția căreia asigură circa 30% din valoarea PIB agricol. Ramura zootehnică se ocupă cu creșterea animalelor agricole cu scopul obținerii producțiilor alimentare (lapte, carne, ouă, miere) și a materiei prime (lână, piei, puf, pene, mătase ș.a.) pentru industria de procesare. Ramura are o importanță mare pentru economia națională prin rolul său în asigurarea populației cu produse alimentare și haine. Consumul de produse alimentare de origine animală constituie principalul indicator al bunăstării populației unei țări. Circa 60% din proteine și 30% din calorii obținute de către om prin alimentație provin din producțiile alimentare de origine animală, iar carnea și produsele din carne sunt considerate părți indispensabile și obligatorii ale structurii securității alimentare a unei țări. Analiza complexă a stării și dezvoltării ramurii zootehnice se efectuează în baza unui sistem de indicatori. Indicatorii de analiză a dezvoltării economice reprezintă categoria celor care apreciază capacitățile, raporturile calitative și cantitative ale proceselor și fenomenelor sectoriale. Indicatorii reflectă starea, dezvoltarea și stabilitatea dezvoltării producțiilor animaliere la diferite etape de evoluție în funcție de spațiu și timp. Aprecierea indicatorilor permite obținerea rezultatelor ce caracterizează fenomenele în mod individual, starea lor în context sistemic și caracteristicile proprii în context de grup.Item Aspectele teoretice și metodologice ale principiilor dezvoltării sectorului de caprine din Republica Moldova în funcție de indicatorii de competitivitate(INCE, 2022) Baltag, Grigore; Baranov, ElenaIn the last 10-12 years, goat breeding has become popular in the rural areas of the Republic of Moldova. The livestock increased by about 30 thousand heads from 2010 to the beginning of 2022. In the conditions of population reduction and its aging, more and more farmers prefer goats in relation to cows or sheep. The advantages of the goat sector compared to the other sectors of the husbandry branch are superior, especially the amount of milk in relation to that of the feed consumed, the degree of prolificacy of females in relation to sheep, resistance to climatic conditions. Along with the increase in the number of animals, the number of animal farms specialized in the production of goat milk also increased, the number of farms equipped with mechanized milking systems, milk pasteurization lines, pasteurized milk bottling, combined slaughterhouses, etc. increased. The aim of the paper is to demonstrate sustainable development as one of the current requirements of the economic efficiency of livestock farms, by ensuring the complete value chain with complex and perfect inputs. The methods of observation, monograph and comparison were used in the elaboration of this work. The data presented in the respective work were accumulated from the statistical researches of the husbandry entities in the country, the official data of the National Bureau of Statistics of Moldova and from the dedicated works on this topic.Item Theoretical aspects of strategic management on enterprise of the agrarian sector of the economy(2012) Baranov, Elena; Stratan, AlexandruThe Management of agrarian enterprises in the conditions of market economy is impossible without a business planning at all of the levels: strategic, tactical and operational. In the authors' opinion, the strategic level is, which defines the main directions of development of enterprises, is the most important. The formation of market relations creates for enterprises the need of strategic management, a concept which is based on the development of strategies for the effective development of enterprises on long terms, provided stiff competition among manufacturers.Item Влияние прямых иностранных инвестиций на экономическое развитие Республики Молдова(IEFS, 2011) Baranov, ElenaForeign investment plays an important role in the successful development of the national economy. First recursive model of the enterprise was built by Stafford Beer in 1972 as a "viable system model", which became a prototype of a human, and its goal is survival. Managers develop a strategy and are responsible for the choice of the business model of the company. Strategy creates benchmarks of performance, the concept of competitive advantage, the action plan to meet the customers and achieve high performance. Without a carefully formulated strategy the organization loses its meaning, losing competitiveness, leading to internal stagnation and worse outcomes. A unified strategy for the entire enterprise – these are the foundation for the actions and decisions of associations of different parts of the organization to one focused effort.
