Abstract

Development, introduction and implementation of the strategy – the priorities of management, so there is always a demand for managers who can actively shape the future of the company. Managers develop a strategy and are responsible for the choice of the business model of the company. Strategy creates benchmarks of performance, the concept of competitive advantage, the action plan to meet the customers and achieve high performance. Without a carefully formulated strategy the organization loses its meaning, losing competitiveness, leading to internal stagnation and worse outcomes. A unified strategy for the entire enterprise – these are the foundation for the actions and decisions of associations of different parts of the organization to one focused effort. If there is no strategy, management can not formulate a business model that provides a profit.
