Abstract
Foreign investment plays an important role in the successful development of the national
economy. Foreign investment is actively encouraged should be used, held, protected by both the state and
entrepreneurs to better development of the national economy. We note that the investment is a complex
mechanism that can greatly increase the economic potential of the state. Therefore, the success achieved
inthis area, largely will determine the successful implementation of socio-economic reforms and
economic development in general.
