dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the main trends in EU policies related to the textile industry, as well as the level of consumer awareness in the Republic of Moldova regarding recycled clothing. The research is based on an empirical analysis of the situation in the Republic of Moldova. The aim of this research is to conduct a survey to assess the level of knowledge and awareness regarding the use of recycled clothing in the Republic of Moldova. To achieve the proposed objective, general scientific methods were applied, including analysis, synthesis, clustering, surveys, interviews, statistical processing of empirical data, graph methods, comparison, grouping, etc. The data presented in this study were collected through telephone interviews based on a questionnaire and systematized on the Google Forms platform. The data collection period was from February 1, 2024, to May 20, 2024. The number of respondents was.
