Analiza impactului de reglementare în contextul cercetării sistemelor socio-economice

Abstract

Intricate transformations of the socio-economic relations take place in the Republic of Moldova during the last years. The impact of the state on economy has been verified by different successfully or unsuccessfully implemented variants of economic policy. The relation between the state and economy has been analyzed taking into consideration the functions of the state and the possibilities of the market economy mechanism. However, nowadays the methodological problem is obviously more general. The economy of a state like the society as a whole represents an open and complex system that develops in nonlinear dynamics. Specific processes of the self-organization determine the evolution of such a system. They are conditioned by the social nature of the system itself. The state regulates the economy taking the initiative to organize the system. Consequently, this article analyses the issue of the interrelation of the organization and self-organization processes in the evolution of the socio-economic systems.
