Зарождение и развитие виртуальных корпораций

Abstract

ХХ век явил феномен ускорения и интенсификации человеческой истории, который еще больше усилился в ХХI веке. Крупные корпорации, в самой существенной мере определяющие развитие национальных экономик и мирового хозяйства в целом, с одной стороны, сами пребывают в центре всех важных событий в мировой экономике. Остановимся на феномене создания виртуальных корпораций. Если мы оглянемся на несколько лет назад, то увидим, что тогда список дорогостоящих компаний мира возглавляли крупные промышленные корпорации, такие как Exxon Mobil, General Electric и т.д. Сейчас же в топ вышли ИТ- компании. Целью исследования является раскрытие нового качества социально-экономического развития, основанного кардинальной перестройке мировой системы транснациональных компаний в электронный формат. Результатами является раскрытие зависимости эволюции отношений собственности в виртуальных корпорациях к их классическим аналогам.

The twentieth century revealed the phenomenon of the acceleration and intensification of human history, which intensified even more in the twenty-first century. Large corporations, which to the most significant extent determine the development of national economies and the world economy as a whole, on the one hand, are themselves at the center of all important events in the world economy. Let's dwell on the phenomenon of creating virtual corporations. If we look back a few years, we will see that at that time the list of the most valuable companies in the world was headed by large industrial corporations such as Exxon Mobil, General Electric, etc. Now IT companies have entered the top. The aim of the study is to reveal a new quality of socio-economic development based on a radical restructuring of the world system of transnational companies into an electronic format. The results are the disclosure of the dependence of the evolution of property relations in virtual corporations to their classical counterparts.
