Aspecte manageriale ale îmbunătățirii bunăstării persoanelor vârstnice prin diminuarea excluziunii sociale

Abstract

În contextul îmbătrânirii populației și al provocărilor asociate cu excluziunea socială a persoanelor vârstnice, este esențial să se adopte modele manageriale inovative care să contribuie la îmbunătățirea bunăstării acestui segment vulnerabil al societății. Acest articol explorează soluții manageriale orientate spre diminuarea excluziunii sociale și promovarea incluziunii active a vârstnicilor, având ca scop final creșterea bunăstării acestora. Autorii propun propriul model de realizare a managementului de politici publice privind diminuarea excluziunii sociale a persoanelor vârstnice, precum și algoritmul unei monitorizări eficiente a excluziunii sociale, insistând asupra implicării active a autorităților publice, cât și colaborarea acestora cu organizațiile specializate, comerciale și necomerciale. In the context of the aging of the population and the challenges associated with the social exclusion of the elderly, it is essential to adopt innovative managerial models that contribute to improving the well-being of this vulnerable segment of society. This article explores managerial solutions aimed at reducing social exclusion and promoting the active inclusion of the elderly, with the ultimate goal of increasing their well-being. The authors propose their own model for the management of public policies regarding the reduction of social exclusion of the elderly, as well as the algorithm for effective monitoring of social exclusion, insisting on the active involvement of public authorities, as well as their collaboration with specialized, commercial and non-commercial organizations.
