Abstract
Romania is assuming the ambitious Europe 2020’s objectives to become a smart, sustainable and inclusive economy. These commitments were reaffirmed in the conclusions of the European Council (28-29 June 2012 from Brussels). In the context of the prolonged crisis was detached the youth problem in the process of building and
strengthening adequate national framework for the promotion and implementation of key priority "Strong, smart, sustainable and inclusive growth based on sound public finances, structural reforms and investment in to boost competitiveness”. The implementation of these general policy objectives request to formulate immediately
concrete measures and initiatives at national level on employment, education and skills to meet a specific objective: Boosting youth employment through acquisition experiences for employment and job creation for young people, supported by interventions HRD / ESF. The new paradigm of employment announced by Strategy
2020 aims for all young people to be employed or to continue their education or to be part of program activation within four months of leaving school as a form of application of "guarantees for youth”.
