Abstract

This article presents the analysis of the key policies in the areas of migration and asylum in the Republic of Moldova, their strategic direction and the possible effects of the introduction. Also carried out a review of national administrative structure responsible for the regulation of migration, the level of coherence of the activities and the necessary steps to improve coordination.
