Abstract
Insurance market in the Republic of Moldova is in the process of consolidation, which causes a number of changes of the normative in this sector. The main trends of new implementations of the insurance regulatory of the system in the Republic of Moldova shall give rise to the idea of harmonization of the legislation the national with that of the European Union.
