Abstract

The innovation process is a systemic one and innovative company, as well as the managers of process from macrolevel must address this only in the complexity of problems of national system of innovation. The effective implementation of national innovation projects is estimated according to the obtained results and the degree of achievement of innovation policy objectives. The New approach to realise the innovation strategy in republic requires the development of clusters, that reflects the degree of awareness of the importance of national resources in promoting the competitiveness and innovative capacity of enterprises.
