Knowledge – based society and labor market dynamics in conditions of economic liberalization

Abstract

In this paper, we wish to highlight some changes that occur as a result of labor market dynamics on the base of knowledge development. The society evolution from its simple form to present led, over time, to metamorphosis in the way of education, in terms of women role and involvement on the labor market, in terms of jobs classification etc. Briefly, we point out some of the many changes in the labor market and human resource management, visible in the present, as a result of knowledge development and economic liberalization.
