Sistemul de asigurări medicale obligatorii: probleme sociale ale eficientizării

Abstract

The article is developed based on the results of the sociological research of the social behavior of the people receiving medical services, their attitude towards personal health, their opinion about the healthcare system’s and the mandatory health insurance’s organization, population’s attitudes towards the concrete actions provided by the country’s health sector and how the reform’s implementation is perceived. The authors have developed measures for optimization of the processes of the Republic of Moldova Healthcare System’s reform.
