Оценка эффективности функционирования в Республике Молдова системы социальной защиты

Abstract

Based on obtained data from researched household budget survey, it was carried out an analysis of the social benefits impact on poverty reduction. Also, it was estimated the mobility of households relative to the poverty line in different periods of time. Thus, it was possible to make fundamental conclusions on effectiveness of a particular type of social protection spending, not just for a particular year, but for a long period of time in dynamics.
