The modern environment characterized by global competition in an increasingly integrated world markets, dynamism, scale and stability of technological development have become the decisive factor in improving the competitiveness of the economy. Providing the innovative nature of technological development is of particular importance, since only in this way can accelerate the creation of a new modern upgraded base and development of competitive products. The experience of developed countries shows that one of the pillars of sustainable development of humanity in the third millennium is the efficient and targeted use of scientific developments in production, their active participation in the production process.
