    The economic globalization have ghanged the global economic order, generating new challenges and opportunities. In order to enhance the economic growth, countries have adopted different policies that changed its priorities from fundamental science, new industrial technologies to innovations and societal needs. In the situation when remmitances could not feed on long-run the economic growth in Republic of Moldova, we need a new paradigm for development based on investments, innovation and competitiveness.
