Abstract

Result of economic development in decades, international monetary and financial relations have witnessed a strong explosion especially the second half of the twentieth century. Growing degree of integration of international financial markets leaves its mark on how to run a full orientation and international financial flows. The financial globalization is an irreversible process that produces structural and functional changes in the global economy as a whole. Under these conditions, understanding the functioning of international financial market, its specific mechanisms and instruments, is a prerequisite of economic development and overall progress.
