But when you want to buy a property, you must take into account the reputation of the developer, degree of industrialisation of the area and the State of the infrastructure. The investments in the economic terms are the current sacrifice of resources in the hope of obtaining future superior results: under the influence of time in terms of economic efficiency and the spectrum of risk.
