Abstract
The socio-economic role of consumer cooperation is that it focuses almost entirely to the rural population. The mission of consumer cooperation in rural areas is achieved by satisfaction of the needs of people of high quality goods and services, providing employment for people, forming of monetary income of the rural population, economic and social development of territories, the educational activity. The solution to all these questions will improve the living standards of rural inhabitants complicated socio-economic conditions. Modern socio-economic processes of Moldova, including consumer cooperations, are related directly to the reform of economic relations with service delivery sphere in view of the transformation processes of market relations. In connection with that, there are a number of challenges arising from the particularities of economic and social development in delivery service, review
of traditional forms and methods, which are characteristic, social-economic development policy to stimulate actual work service delivery businesses.
