Aprofundarea reformelor în sectorul agrar: realizări și perspective

Abstract

The privatization of agricultural land and propriety in the late of 90th of the last century has created only the technical and material base for stable and sustainable economic activity in this sector. For such efficient activity to be done in the abovementioned condition these base is necessary but not sufficient. Analysis shows that, with local agriculture land and fixed assets, even privatized, the needs of investment is very high, but they will not come in rural areas and agriculture because the last has to be provided with better infrastructure and on appropriate arranged institutional, frame. Creating these components is a major problem for today’s local agricultural and rural development.
