Abstract

Investment in education takes on economic value for individuals, companies and countries.Education acquires an economic value on human capital theory, is a central variable quality human resources. This theory is recognized the merit of providing a model for explaining such phenomena: quality and work differentiation; elucidate the many dilemmas of growth; marginal productivity of labor in relation to technical capital; growth intensive, due to economies of scale and qualitative dimension of resources, increasing and improving human capital with the central role, income-age curve as a result of educational investment in relation to seniority effect, differences in earnings etc.
