dc.description.abstractThe given article is addressed to the issue of intersectorial themes: linking of educational system (it is taken in the account the high education) and at the same time, of employment (labor market) in Moldova. The lack of a monitoring system in the relationship between the educational supply, the actual demand and the future labor market has led to major failures, such as: narrow specializations, unconcern in training specialists in certain domains and overcrowding of the others, etc. At the very end of the article, there are brought recommendations, in order to reduce/to solve the problems.en_EN
