Dinamica violenței în familie (profilul agresorilor) în perioada pandemiei de Covid19

Abstract

In this study, we set out to carry out a two-stage analysis to outline the dynamics of family violence (the profile of aggressors) during the Covid 19 pandemic. In the first stage, we will be able to outline the profile of family aggressors, following indicators such as age, gender, level of education, occupation, etc. At this stage, the research methodology used is the secondary data analysis, a longitudinal analysis (period 2015-2020), both quantitative, but especially qualitative, at the same time verifying whether the profile of family aggressors is influenced by factors such as changes in legislation specific in the field (amendment of law no. 217/2003 for the prevention and combating of domestic violence), the Covid 19 pandemic, etc. The second stage of the research will consist of conducting interviews with family aggressors, the aim being to complete their profile, this time looking at subjective indicators. The limits of the research were determined by the fidelity of the data collected by the authorities, but also by the sincerity of the answers from the interviews.
