Abstract
The marketing chain it is longer and most complex with both the marketing costs are also higher. Simple comparison of the prices paid to farmers and the retail sale does not permit to judge the effectiveness of the marketing, the extent that it is not take
into account the costs involved in moving the product along the marketing chain, starting with the farmer, until consumer. Order to correctly compare the prices of paid to farmers and the those paid by the consumers, it is necessary to know the all of costs
involved. Only to the condition do we know if it is a profit too, if the trading system is an ineffective or if high costs are justified.
