Within the context of the mutations occurred in recent decades in the realm of economy, technology and, last but not least, the social life, with diverse effects in terms of efficiency, technical progress, human relationships, business organisation, etc., we are witnessing, increasingly aware of its presence, a revolutionary phenomenon in the realm of management. In short, it is defined by an improvement in productivity and quality, by innovation and change management in modern firms, by seeking excellence in management and by the use of new managerial methods and techniques. The management model gets new features and dimensions. Current managers cannot succeed in their work without knowing the changes in their field worldwide, the international market trends and outlook, without paying more attention to their preparation and training, as well as their staff's, without perfecting their managerial practice.
