Abstract

The research work has led to the improvement of working methods used in the practice of public finances. Programming and modeling of the financial decisions make it possible to quantify the impact of financial measures on the value of GDP, on the output volume, on the evolution of prices and incomes of different social groups. The necessity to create viable strategies of socio-economic development has led to the creation of institutions and financial instruments, to the search of financial methods and techniques incorporated into the mechanism that manages the economy.
