Determinarea mecanismului privind necesitățile forței de muncă

Abstract

In this article is examined the development of mechanism for determining labour needs of qualified staff. There are methods, stages, norms and standards for estimating human resources needs. The aim is to determine the mechanism on labour needs. As a result the planning stages have been proposed and a number of methods, modules and approaches to human resource planning. Given the existing methods and analysis on determining labour needs, it has been proposed a mechanism for forecasting for Republic of Moldova, which will be based on institutional infrastructure, legal framework, information and opportunities for interdepartmental cooperation in this area.
