Abstract

In recent years a trend is observed regression in the development of SMEs, although state strategies and programs for small business. Simultaneously official statistics elucidates facts and figures, indicating the emergence of economic phenomena within time, which could have a completely different nature and origin. Addressing the theme is even more important as the official statistical figures show that the opposite needs are jobs in the country and to broaden the tax base.
