Abstract

The investments represent the primordial factor in the strategy of the development of the national economy, of all branches and fields of activity, in the increase of the incomes, a condition in the rise of the living standard. The directions and targets of economic research, in the existing stage give a special attention to the field of investment. This article describes the most important elements taken into account when making an investment and same time the role of each of them in determining country’s attractiveness for the capital holders. Thus this paper presents the interdependence between risk, time, and cost – as components studied by investors before making a capital placement into a certain country or region.
