Abstract

People with special needs have higher needs due to the precarious situation of their health, which consists in the purchase of medicines, or in the need to purchase specialized equipment for the possibility of movement or existence. The state is largely responsible for covering part of the given expenditure, and last but not least it is committed to creating the necessary infrastructure for people with special needs. For this purpose, the points of expenditure are provided in the state budgets.
