Неформальная занятость в Республике Молдова: масштабы и меры по ее сокращению

Abstract

Актуальность темы обусловлена широкой распространенностью неформальной занятости в Республике Молдова. Целью исследования является оценка масштабов неформальной занятости и разработка мер по ее сокращению. Используются следующие методы: аналогов, сравнения, монографический, статистический. В результате исследования осуществлен анализ различных аспектов неформальной занятости и предложены меры по ее сокращению.Actualitatea temei este determinată de răspandirea largă a ocupării informale. Scopul acestui studiu este evaluarea dimensiunii ocupării informale şi elaborarea măsurilor de reducere a acesteia. In studiu au fost folosite următoarele metode de cercetare: analogiilor, comparaţia, monografică, statistică. In rezultatul studiului a fost efectuată analiza diferitor aspecte ale ocupării informale şi propuse măsurile de reducere a acesteia.The relevance of the scientific theme caused by the wide prevalence of informal employment in the Republic of Moldova. The objective of the study is the assessment of scales of informal employment and development of measures on its reduction. In the research the next methods were used: analogues, comparisons, monographic, statistics. In the result of the study the analysis of various aspects of informal employment and proposes measures for its reduction were fulfilled.
