Formele parteneriatului social în cadrul dialogului social în Republica Moldova

Abstract

The social partnership within the framework of social dialogue is the subject of this article. It has to ensure thatcivil society and the business could affect the ongoing public policy in the country. Several forms of the social partnership, implemented within the framework of social dialogue between government, business and non-governmental organizations at all stages of development, adoption and implementation of the social policy have been discussed. Among them: the organization of joint activities (public hearings, conferences, round tables, seminars and special meetings), expert councils, working groups, community councils, lobbying.
