Măsuri pentru dezvoltarea, protecția și exploatarea rezultatelor activității intelectuale: experiența Republicii Moldova

Abstract

As the global economy shifts towards a knowledge-based framework, the importance of intellectual property continues to increase. This paper aims to comprehensively evaluate the measures and approaches employed in the Republic of Moldova to foster the development, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property. The research methodology is based on an analysis of statistical data, policy documents, and specialized literature. The findings highlight that while there are initiatives in place to promote innovation and safeguard intellectual property, these measures are often fragmented and insufficiently aligned with the demands of an innovation-driven economic model.
