Abstract
Management is an integral part of the development of both public and private companies. For the evolution of management to be continuous, it is necessary to implement new technologies and concepts. Today's technologies are digitization, which allows the rapid collection and processing of data, and remote communication with the necessary people. The faster the manager receives the information and the faster the hierarchically superior orders are transmitted through the communication channels, the faster the necessary decisions are made and the critical actions are carried out.
