Item An analysis of social and labor market indicators in the Republic of Moldova in the period 2006-2022(INCE, ASEM, 2024) Ailinca, Alina GeorgetaTopic importance is revealed in the framework of extremely strong and outright regional games such as the outbreak of war in Ukraine in the spring of 2022. Thus, understanding the regional assets, but also the shortcomings, can make the difference between regional winners and losers. The social and labor market indicators can describe the social framework for the manifestation of these pressures and can reveal the strong, but also less positive points of the Republic of Moldova. The analysis of some social and labor market indicators from the Republic of Moldova in relation to the average of other countries in the European Neighborhood Policy-East (ENP-E), but also, where it can be, compared to the EU average, represents the purpose of this study. The methodology reflects the comparative analysis of several social and labor market indicators, based on statistical data, for the 2006-2022 period of Eurostat, channeling mainly the ENPE regional statistical data. The results outline the additional efforts that must be made for a better integration of the Republic of Moldova into the social framework of the European Union with 27 states.Item Digitalization for circular economy in EU27(INCE, 2022) Ailinca, Alina GeorgetaBoth digitalization and the circular economy represent current challenges for mankind, both of which involve significant funding for their full-fledged implementation in society. If digital technologies are viewed from a new perspective, they can be an opportunity for the efficient implementation of the circular economy. Therefore, this article aims to treat econometrically the importance of digitization from the perspective of the circular economy. So, it have been selected some indicators of the circular economy and others of digitization at the firm level, performing, in addition to the correlation matrix, a series of regression equations, in order to better understand how to interconnect these domains. The results of the study indicate the need that, before answering at the problems of circularity, the field of digital economy must itself become as green as possible.Item The shaping of some reform proposals for enhancement of social and economic cohesion of the EU27(INCE, 2022) Ailinca, Alina GeorgetaThe COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, rising inflation, increasing public debt and the rising cost of living highlight once again the need for the European Union to adapt to these realities. Therefore, the article aims to bring to light a series of problems of the EU27 countries, and through their prism to identify a series of necessary institutional reforms that will contribute to reducing the socioeconomic vulnerabilities of the EU population. A series of aspects that appeared during the pandemic and that worked well on the labour market, for example remote work, will continue to discuss the optimal way to continue the activity on the labour market in the future. In this sense, we may conclude that there is a need for the multifaceted reforms, and the fiscal-budgetary reforms are necessary, but they alone cannot improve the future social and economic course of the EU27 population.
