    Economic and technological aspects regarding the cultivation of blueberries in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova

    Cultivation of blueberries is an entrepreneurial activity recently approached by local farmers, a business with a fairly high economic potential. The nutritional and economic value of this crop fuels an active interest for both consumers and local producers. However, blueberry cultivation represents a risky challenge for potential domestic producers. This fact is conditioned, mainly, by the local natural factors that are unsuitable for the development and fruiting of the blueberry, respectively, for the creation of conditions similar to the natural habitat of the blueberry, considerable investments are required. The aim of the paper is to present a series of calculations proving that blueberry cultivation represents a profitable business in Moldova. The used methodology is based on comparative, analytical methods, and financial indicators that prove the business profitability. With a thorough elaboration of the whole business process, with all the calculations and analysis of the estimated results, as well as the exact forecasting of the risks and the impact, the cultivation and production of blueberries in the conditions of our country can become a successful business.

    Current state, obstacles and opportunities for the development of the Champignon mushroom production industry in the Republic of Moldova

    Due to their nutritional and economic value, champignon mushrooms are appreciated by both consumers and domestic agricultural entrepreneurs. The ability of this culture to provide up to five - six harvests during the year, the constant demand on the local market for the given product, reflects, at first sight, guaranteed economic successes for potential mushroom producers. However, the specifics of the local market, as well as the technical and material conditions available for carrying out the production process in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova, carry a series of risks that can seriously compromise the success of the given business. The purpose of this work is to confirm the economic advantage of producing champignon mushrooms in the conditions of our country, to reflect the necessary technological measures to be implemented, the risks that may arise in the production process. General research methods (empirical and theoretical methods) were used in the preparation of the report, the analysis of statistical data reflecting the dynamics of the foreign and local markets was widely applied. The report presents both the analysis of the statistical data and the derived conclusions, and the effects are interpreted through the lens of promoting agricultural products with a high economic value. The results of the report present the dynamics of the local mushroom production sector, development opportunities and measures to make the field more efficient.

    General economic aspects regarding the production of champignon edible mushrooms under the conditions of the Republic of Moldova

    Compared to other sectors of the economy of the Republic of Moldova, entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector is a subject with a high degree of risk. This fuels investors' reluctance to place their financial resources in this area. It is therefore necessary for the arguments in favor of the development of that entrepreneurial activity to contain a very high level of attractiveness. The reasoning given is manifested by; activity profile (production, processing, sale), form of legal activity, level of assurance of the technical and material base, etc. In this context, one of the most important entrepreneurial activities in the agricultural sector is the production of edible mushrooms of the species Champignon (Agaricus bisporus). It is a crop with a high food and economic value, and from a technological point of view it can be grown in protected conditions, which greatly reduces the dependence on unfavorable climatic conditions. This species can be produced both in confined spaces, in auxiliary households and on an industrial scale, using abandoned underground limestone quarries, corporate deposits, basements with large areas.

    Sectorul agricol al culturilor multianuale bacifere în Republica Moldova – evoluție, eficiența, oportunități, riscuri

    Eficiența activitați agricole este strict determinat de o serie de factori cum ar fi: relevanța tehnologilor implementate, managementul calitativ a procesului de producere, strategiile de marketing promovate. Abordarea reușita a acestor elemente, determinarea corecta, in dependența de cerere și oferta a produsului agricol ce urmeaza a fi obținut, garanteaza succesul afacerii in domeniul dat. In prezent, obiectivul de baza a intreprinderilor agricole autohtone este plasarea accentelor pe obținerea unui produs cu o valoare economica inalta, accesibil ca preț și calitate atat pe piața interna, cat și externa. Astfel, una din ramurile agricole, care are capacitatea de a se conforma cerințelor respective este sectorul culturilor multianuale bacifere.

    Analiza și tendințele impactului Covid-19 asupra activității economice din Republica Moldova în baza întreprinderilor de procesare a producției agricole

    The effects of the COVID - 19 pandemic present a major challenge for the whole world, including the activity of agricultural producers in the Republic of Moldova. Some of the restrictions needed to limit the spread of COVID-19 have also led to disruption to the marketing chains of agricultural products, with a potentially significant impact on the population that depended on them. In order to identify the problems and challenges facing the agricultural sector in the Republic of Moldova, an opinion poll of agricultural processing companies was developed. This article analyzes the results of the interviewees' opinion in order to better understand the challenges faced by the processing companies in order to develop appropriate proposals in order to remedy the negative effects.

    Particularitățile investițiilor pe piața obiectelor imobiliare amplasate în spațiul rural al Republicii Moldova

    The real estate market in developed countries depends by the free exchange relationships, which is one of the goal that must be achieved by real estate market of Republic of Moldova. Despite that national real estate market is a relatively new sector of the Moldavian economy, there are already crystalized some specific segments which reached an important development, such as: real estate market of urban residential objects and land market in rural sector. These is due to optimal adjustments of national regulatory framework that regulates the activity of the national real estate market, and also regulates active involvement of physical and legal person in the investment process in this areas.

    Impactu pandemiei Covid –19 asupra pieței muncii din Republica Moldova

    Impactul pandemiei COVID-19 asupra tuturor sferelor de activitate umană atât la nivel mondial, cât și național, este unul deosebit de grav. Măsurile restrictive, impuse de factorii de decizie, menite să atenueze gravitatea acestui virus asupra sănătății populației, au avut și au în continuare consecințe nefaste de ordin social și economic asupra societății. Autoizolarea benevolă sau impusă la domiciliu a cetățenilor Republicii Moldova a perturbat întregul sistem economic autohton. Indiferent de faptul că anumite sectoare ale economiei, inclusiv sectorul bugetar, au impus angajaților regimul de lucru ,,la distanță” (obligațiile de serviciu fiind înfăptuite de la domiciliu), antreprenorii, care prestează servicii de comerț cu amănuntul precum și întreprinderile din sectorul HoReCa, au fost nevoiți să-și sisteze activitățile economice sau să disponibilizeze o parte din angajați. Acest fapt, precum și revenirea concetățenilor noștri de peste hotare ca urmare a concedierilor masive în țările de reședință, au creat o presiune enormă asupra pieței muncii autohtone.

    Caracterul investiţional al pieţei obiectelor imobiliare în spaţiul rural al Republicii Moldova

    Piaţa obiectelor imobiliare reprezintă unul din pilonii de baza pe care se menţine şi derulează sistemul economic bazat pe relaţii de piaţă. Eficienţa activităţii acestei pieţi reprezintă un barometru al nivelului de dezvoltare a economiei naţionale şi un indicator relevant a bunăstării societăţii. Pe lângă importanţa cu care este învrednicit acest segment economic, piaţa imobiliară reprezintă şi un asimilator considerabil al investiţiilor de capital. Datorită faptului că obiectele imobiliare reprezintă surse de producere (terenurile agricole), elemente prin intermediul cărora derulează procesele de producere (clădiri industriale), obiecte imobiliare de menire socială (spitale, clădiri instituţionale, ş.a.) şi nu în ultimul rând obiectele imobiliare rezidenţiale (casele de locuit), procesul investiţional reprezintă un interes deosebit atât persoanelor juridice, cât şi fizice. La rândul său, calitatea şi randamentul derulării procesului investiţional determină, în mod direct, eficienţa funcţionării economice a pieţei imobiliare în ansamblu.

    Dezvoltarea durabilă a spaţiului rural a Republicii Moldova – mit sau realitate?

    At the moment, the rural area of the Republic of Moldova is in a deep socioeconomic crisis. This also generated an advanced degradation of fertile soil, groundwater and the whole environment. Under these circumstances, it is imperative to implement concrete recovery actions that will cover all spheres of activity of rural inhabitants. In this context, the sustainable development of the rural area seems to be a sigle chance to get out of the given deadlock, only with one condition, that the local rural environment is technically prepared and has a full willing to implement this development concept. That generates a dilemma: are there these premises in the local rural space?

    Activitatea pieţei imobiliare a Republicii Moldova în contextul repartizării teritoriale după regiunile de dezvoltare

    Atribuirea regiunilor de dezvoltare Republicii Moldova a fost condiţionată de necesitatea dezvoltării economice uniforme a teritoriului respectiv. Amplasarea neregulată a capacităţilor de producere, dezvoltarea neuniformă a infrastructurii de asigurare cu servicii calitative a populaţiei precum şi caracterul variat al factorului pedologic, climateric şi de relief au dus la o discrepanţă accentuată de dezvoltare economică între zonele de nord, centru şi sud al ţării noastre. Acest fapt are un impact direct şi asupra pieţei obiectelor imobiliare. Prin urmare, amplitudine activităţii şi atractivităţii pieţei respective este foarte mult influenţată de zonele în care se derulează anumite tranzacţii imobiliare. În contextul dat este relevant de a efectua o analiză comparativă a activităţii pieţei imobiliare în cadrul fiecărei regiuni de dezvoltare, de a recunoaşte factorii ce influenţează într-un mod sau altul eficienţa funcţionării acestei pieţi.
