Item Alternative de finanțare a afacerii în Republica Moldova(INCE, 2022) Ianioglo, AlinaFinancing business activities represent one of the pressing issues. In current conditions of digital transformation and difficulties in accessing traditional financing, alternative sources of finance acquire a special importance. At the same time, the knowledge regarding alternative finance market in the Republic of Moldova is yet in its infancy. Therefore, the article aims at exploring modern trends, issues and opportunities of alternative finance in the Republic of Moldova. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a mixed research approach, based on both primary and secondary data, was used: analysis of statistical data, international rankings, comparison, synthesis, deduction. There was determined the impact of different sources of finance on entrepreneurship development. The alternative finance market in the Republic of Moldova was analysed, showing that despite a rise in recent years, alternative sources of financing are still poorly developed.Item Strengthening knowledge triangle in Moldova through innovation(ОАО «Трансфер», 2017) Crudu, Rodica; Percinschi, NataliaSeveral concepts have emerged in recent decades to interpret and illustrate the process of knowledge creation and its application through innovation and these have come from a number of different disciplines. However, they share several core conclusions about the non-linear nature of innovation and the multiple input and feedback loops that exist between the actors in an innovation system. This process is captured by the concept of the knowledge triangle, which suppose close and effective links between education, research and innovation.Item Comparative evaluation of Republic of Moldova’s competitiveness within the group of economies in transition(ОАО «Трансфер», 2017) Percinschi, Natalia; Ceban, AlinaAmong European countries which have completed the transition from planned to market economy, Moldova has enjoyed less success. Although it is working to support the creation and strengthening economic transition, the expected results are achieved slowly. Republic of Moldova has signed in June 2014 the Association Agreement with the European Union, in order to complete the transition period, to increase business competitiveness and populations’ quality of life and therefore to reduce development disparities compared to other countries in the region.
