    Analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the customs field: strengths, weaknesses

    In the article we systematize the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the custom field and also analyse the impact of electronic declaration on import and export of the Republic of Moldova. Customhouses taxes has become an indispensable factor for the development of the national economy, as well as electronic tools for accelerating taxes collection. According to estimates, most part of gross domestic product is collecting from customhouse taxes of import. The customs policy aims at ensuring the efficiency of customs operations, regulating the exchange of goods on the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova, contributing to solving political and trade problems regarding the protection of the internal market and stimulating the development of the national economy. At the end of the article, we identified the strengths and weaknesses of customs legislation and were elaborated the recommendations.

    Interdependența dintre nivelul de trai și indicele prosperității

    Different economic and social indicators are used to identify the country's economic success, such as gross nominal GDP, GDP per capita, happiness index, or human development index. In this study, the author assumed the objective of finding a direct or indirect link between economic indicators with objective connotation and the indicator with subjective connotation such as the happiness index.

    Previziunea industriei materialelor de construcție a Republicii Moldova

    Industria materialelor de construcție este una din verigile creării pieței imobiliare, de calitatea și diversificarea bunurilor oferite de ramura dată depinde ritmul și calitatea lucrărilor de construcție. Relevanța elaborării prognozelor privind evoluția industriei materialelor de construcție este cauzată de necesitatea găsirii soluției optime dintr-o serie de alternative. La elaborarea prognozelor au fost utilizate modelarea econometrică și modelul „input-output”. Bazându-se pe rezultatele cercetărilor efectuate, autorii au elaborat recomandări pentru dezvoltarea sustenabilă a ramurii.
