Item Conceptul SMART al logisticii medicale în contextul teritorial al Republicii Moldova.(INCE, 2022) Gorobievschi, Svetlana; Causan, Corina; Ivan, Daniel CornelThe prospects of R. Moldova's integration into the EU require compliance with new requirements by all public products and services provided by the state. An important role in ensuring the standard of living of the population belongs to the health sector, which during the last 2-3 years of the "Covid-19" pandemic suffered a reduction in the average life expectancy in the country from 74.5 years to 71.07 years per inhabitant, although many financial sources from international funds and aid from different countries were used in the logistics of medical management. This confirms the fact that reforms carried out separately only in the field of medical logistics are insufficient to ensure the implementation of innovations in the medical sphere and ensure the quality of medical services. The institutions of the health system, public and private, own and use vehicles used for medical transport. The economic and ecological impact of their use are significant, that's why an efficient logistics management is a must in the current economic and environmental conditions. Digitization of public institutions is mandatory to ensure their transparency, quality and effectiveness followed by its transposition in the business environment. A component of digitization, e-health is a concept to improve health care locally, regionally, and worldwide by using information and communication technology. The ultimate goal of eHealth is to shift the focus of healthcare delivery from a physician- and hospital-centric approach to a patient- and health-centric focus. The implementation of SMART systems, Smart Mobility in transport and Smart City in city administration, systems that integrate technologies and information systems will have positive effects on the quality of human life.Item Rolul serviciilor medicale în asigurarea echității sociale(INCE, ASEM, 2024) Causan, Corina; Radu, GhenadieIn the modern world, health problems are becoming increasingly acute and multifaceted. Population growth, increasing life expectancy, epidemics of infectious and chronic diseases and changes in people's lifestyles are permanent challenges for the improvement of existing health systems and objectives of European integration. The development of the health system envisages the diversification of health services and their homogenization in the EU Accession Strategy 2030. At the same time, the social and economic aspects of health care are becoming increasingly important, as the health of the nation directly affects social stability and economic development. From the research conducted, the authors realized that the role of health services in ensuring social equity is very important, considering that not every health system can realize complex health services, covering relatively all the population of the country. Data from the surveys conducted by the NBS show that in the Republic of Moldova there is a stable pattern of cooperation with the health services sector, practically unchanged in all socio-demographic categories, with deviations between services provided in urban and rural areas. The aim of the paper is to determine the factors, which reflect the structure and disharmony of health services provision, according to a number of socio-demographic characteristics (age, type of locality, level of education and income, region of residence) in the Republic of Moldova, and to argue ways to reduce these divergences. We recognize the fact that in the research attention was paid to older people in both urban and rural areas. In general, the authors are of the opinion, that the majority of people living in rural areas are less likely to seek medical care than those living in cities, especially the elderly population. Material and methods. Statistical data of WHO, NBS, annual reports of the Ministry of Health and CNAM, (2021-2023), Quality of Life Index by Country Numbeo Report, 2023, Quality of Life Index by Country Numbeo Report, 2023 were used in the context of the research. In analyzing the research we used the method of clustering, comparison, analysis of empirical information at the national level and concomitantly scientific literature, which allowed us to determine the social differences in the provision of health services. The subject of the research are the users of medical services in urban and rural areas. Results. In the field of public health at present, it has been proved that the health status of the population is directly dependent on the methods of medical service provision, speed, correctness of decision making and professionalism of medical professionals, early detection of serious diseases, compliance with vaccination protocols, etc. The system of public health financing plays a primordial role in the medical social equity of the population, well-being, health level and increase in life expectancy. The population's income is directly proportional to the number of services provided, both by the CNAM and co-payments.Item Sănătatea publică ca concept și corelarea lui în contextul creșterii calității vieții(INCE, 2022) Causan, Corina; Causan, TatianaThe article addresses, currently, the health status of the population that has deteriorated in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic and as a result its consequences are dire. The essence of public health is the state of health of the population, it includes the organization of personnel and medical units in order to provide all the necessary health services for health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, as well as physical, social and professional rehabilitation. Public Health is the branch of medicine that deals with the evaluation and supervision of the health of the population, the identification of its health needs, the definition and implementation of strategies and public policies in the field of health and the evaluation of health services. For this purpose, the authors have come to present a historical - dialectical synthesis of the theoretical and methodological concepts of evaluation and increase of the quality of life as socio-economic category at global and regional level, defining it. They argued and equated the concept of "increasing quality of life” and "human development". The subject of the research was presented by the Medical Services as a factor for increasing the quality of life. Optimal health is a major resource for social, economic and personal development and an important dimension of quality of life. Political, economic, social, cultural, environmental, behavioral and biological factors can either promote health or act as detriments. Health promotion aims to make these conditions favorable through health advocacy.
