    Impactul social al introducerii tehnologiei informațiilor și telecomunicațiilor asupra transportului feroviar în Romania

    Dans les dernieres annees, la technologie de l'information et des communications (TIC) a conclu la societe et l'economie europeenne dans une mesure que personne ne se serait attendu a juste un peu de temps auparavant. La technologie d'information et des communications changea la facon de travailler et les types d'emplois disponibles. Evidement, l'impact des changements decoulant de l'introduction de nouvelles technologies des informations et des telecommunications pourraient etre importantes pour l'economie et la societe, en particulier en termes d'internationalisation. Dans ce contexte, les systemes de transport connaitront des changements importants en raison de l'ouverture des marches et l'innovation. La competitivite de l'economie de l'UE et les progres des entreprises de transport dependra de leur capacite a s'adapter aux besoins du marche de l'innovation et les nouvelles. Dans les conditions d'introduction des nouvelles technologies d'information et des telecommunications, il est possible que certains emplois seront reduites, d'autres enleves, tout en creant d'autres. Le document vise, en premiere partie, une breve analyse de l'impact social de l'introduction de technologies informatiques et de telecommunications dans le transport ferroviaire dans l'Union Europeenne. Dans la deuxieme partie du document sont presente les principaux systemes nouveaux introduits dans la technologie des chemins de fer roumains et les effets sociaux de leur mise en œuvre.

    Ocuparea, șomajul și inserția tinerilor pe piața muncii în condițiile dezvoltării durabile în România

    Employment in Romania recorded developments, processes and trends that reflect direct and indirect influences of the national economic system. Economic and financial crisis were manifested on the labor market too, characterized by lower rates of employment and higher rates of unemployment. In this context youth employment rate decreased, their unemployment rate increased, leading to a low insertion of young people in the labor market. This paper presents a brief characterization of the labor market in the European Union and Romania. Of the multitude of problems facing the young labor market, in this paper is analyzed the evolution of unemployment population aged 15-24 years. It also presents the results of statistical analysis of the evolution of Romanian university educational supply, on the training areas and some advantages of using young workforce for Romanian sustainable development.
