Economia neobservată în complexul industriei constructoare de mașini

Abstract

Industria constructoare de mașini a Republicii Moldova înzestrată cu echipament învechit necesită investiții majore. Ca să devină mai atrăgătoare pentru investitorii străini, ramura dată trebuie să devină mai transparentă, însă cercetările efectuate au arătat că elemente ale economiei tenebre persistă. Scopul principal al cercetărilor este evaluarea economiei neobservate în complexul industriei constructoare de mașini. Metoda aplica este metoda „input-output”. Cercetările efectuate sau finalizat cu depistarea elementelor economiei tenebre și estimarea pierderilor bugetului de stat.The machine building industry of the Republic of Moldova endowed with outdated equipment requires major investments. To make it more attractive to foreign investors, this branch must become more transparent, but research has shown that elements of the shadow economy persist. The main purpose of the research is to evaluate the non-observed economy in the branch of machine building industry. The "input-output" method was applied. The results of research are the detection of the elements of the dark economy and the estimation of the losses of the state budget.
