Metodologia orientării politicilor economice spre îmbunătăţirea calităţii produselor agroalimentare

Abstract

The paper emphasizes that governments have an obligation to mitigate, avoid or limit the inconvenient through agricultural policies depending on society’s options, country’s traditions,cultural, geopolitical conditions, technical and scientific level, technologies, and success of the increase of agrifood products quality. Following the “path” passed by EU member states over the last 50 years we could stress that the agricultural producer needs protection from the state and society.
