Abstract
The paper is on definition of "paradigm" and contains the researchers of its etymology, essence, content and
scope, as well as, in scientific area. Also, it was researched and established the essence and content of the new
paradigm of sustainable economic and qualitative growth, which is recommended for the Republic of Moldova. In this context, it was examined the strategic vision, problems, priorities and directions of country development.
