Evoluţia pieței de floarea-soarelui

Abstract

Actualitatea acestei lucrări constă în aceea că floarea-soarelui este una dintre principalele culturi oleaginoase, cu un spectru larg de utilizare în sectorul alimentar şi industrial, contribuind astfel la soluţionarea mai multor probleme de valoare economică. Scopul cercetării îl constituie analiza şi evoluţia suprafeţelor, producția, de a arăta schimbările majore ce s-au înregistrat în lume, cât şi în R. Moldova, concentrându-se asupra perioadei 2000-2015. Baza metodologică a investigaţiilor o constituie analiza evoluţiei, metoda comparaţiei. Rezultatul cercetării include caracterizarea situaţiei actuale şi perspectivele producţiei şi comercializării seminţelor de floarea-soarelui în piaţa globalăThe novelty of this scientific paper is that sunflower is one of the main oleaginous crops with a wide spectrum of use in food and industrial sectors, thus helping to solve many economic value problems. The aim of the research is to analyze and show the evolution of surfaces, production, in order to show the major changes that have occurred in the world as well as in the Republic of Moldova, especially focusing on the period of 2000-2015 years. The methodological basis of the investigations is the analysis of evolution and the method of comparison. The result of research includes the characterization of the current situation and the prospects for the production and how sunflower seeds will occur a target of the global market.
