Abstract

În această publicaţie autorii analizează situaţia din segmentele întreprinderilor de stat şi societăţilor comerciale pe acţiuni cu capital de stat, a nivelului monitoringului financiar în aceste unităţi economice, care nu asigură la această etapă realizarea acțiunilor de sporire a eficienței gestionării patrimoniului public.In this publication, the author analyzes the situation in the segments of state-owned enterprises and state-owned stock companies, the level of financial monitoring in these economic units, which does not ensure at this stage the actions to increase the efficiency of the management of the public patrimony.
