Abstract
Dezvoltarea rapidă a proceselor de globalizare este caracterizată, în primul rând, de liberalizarea relaţiilor economice dintre ţări, eliminarea barierelor din calea fluxului de mărfuri, a capitalului disponibil şi a forţei de muncă. Scopul acestui articol este de a analiza condiţiile de ordin legal, economic şi organizatoric ale potenţialului de export de produse agroalimentare al Republicii Moldova.
The rapid development of globalization processes is primarily characterized by a liberalization of economic relations between countries, removing of the barriers that stand in the front of the flow of goods, available capital and labor force. The purpose of this article is to examine the conditions of legal, economic and organizational potential of export of agri-food products from Moldova.
